浅谈反流性食管炎的内科综合治疗

目的：探讨内科综合治疗法治疗反流性食管炎的临床疗效。方法：选择2009年5月到2010年6月我院收治的反流性食管炎患者90例，随机分为A、B和C三组，每组30例，A和B组为对照组，分别采用单一的西沙比利和奥美拉唑治疗；C组为观察组，采用西沙比利和奥美拉唑综合治疗，观察比较三种治疗方法的临床疗效。结果：C组的治疗有效率达到96．7％，三组疗效比较，C组明显优于A组与B组，比较结果具有统计学意义，P〈0．05。结论：西沙比利和奥美拉唑综合治疗反流性食管炎疗效确切，值得在临床中推广应用。

On the unified medicine therapy of reflux esophagitis

Objective： To discuss the medical treatment of comprehensive treatment of Reflux Esophagitis in medical department. Methods： Selected 90 cases of the patients with reflux esophagitis who were in our hospital from May 2009 to June 2010.The patients were randomly divided into A, B and C group and each group had 30 cases. A and B group were called the control group, respectively using single eisapride and omeprazole to cure and C group was the observation group using the combination therapy of cisapride and omeprazole. Results： The treatment efficiency of C group was 96.7% which was better than the A or B group. There was statistically significant compared the three groups, with P〈0.05. Conclusion： Cisapride and Omeprazole is of obvious curative effect in treating of eflux esophagitis and deserves further clinical applications.
