| Abstract: | Progressive dilatation of the aortic root and ascending aorta is frequent in patients with bicuspid aortic valve, and isolated dilatation of the noncoronary sinus has been reported. We describe our technique for the selective replacement of the noncoronary sinus of Valsalva in patients with bicuspid aortic valve. |
