摘    要:目的研究全口义齿腭部基托形态对无牙颌患者语音效果的影响。方法10例无牙颌患者分别戴入光滑面全口义齿(组A)和有腭皱全口义齿(组B),应用计算机语音分析系统(computers peechlab,CSL)测量发/da/,/ta/,/sa/,/na/后冲直条(spike,S)、嗓音起始时间(voice onset time,VOT)和过渡音征(transition,T)。结果冲直条全部出现;发/da/音时,两组义齿的辅音/d/VOT均值分别为10.456±0.355ms(组A)和11.063±0.443ms(组B);发/ta/音时,两组义齿辅音/t/VOT均值分别为106.405±3.205ms(组A)和113.372±1.598ms(组B);VOT均值差异均有显著性(P<0.05);有腭皱义齿组/d/、/t/VOT均值与VOT正常标准值差异有显著性(P<0.05)。发/da/、/ta/音时,两组义齿辅音/d/、/t/过渡音征起始点(T-onset)组A均值为1467.937±110.986Hz,组B均值为1635.677±109.065Hz,均值差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论腭皱作为一种有助于发音(舌腭音)...

Abstract:Objective To study the effects of different palate base plate morphology on phonetics. Methods Spike(S), voice onset time(VOT) and transition(T)of 10 edentulous patients wearing complete dentures with smooth surfaces (Group A) and palatal rugae base (Group B) were measured by Computer Speech Lab (CSL) when /da/,/ta/,/sa/,/na/ were pronounced.
