悬浮液进样技术-原子荧光光谱法测定中成药中痕量砷、锑、硒和镉的分析方法及其干扰效应的研究

摘    要:目的:利用悬浮液进样技术-原子荧光光谱法测定中成药中痕量砷,锑,硒和镉的分析方法。方法:将样品粉碎,过筛制备成琼脂,加入硫脲-抗坏血酸消除共存离子的干扰。结果:该方法快速,灵敏干扰少,标准回收率在93.3%-100.0%之间。结论:该方法用于测定中成药中痕量砷,锑,硒和镉,结果令人满意。

Abstract:Objective :A method for The Suspension Sampling -Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometric Tetermination Of Trace As,Sb,Se and Cd in Chinese Traditional Medicines.Method: The samples were pulverized and suspended in agar sol.Test solutions were preparered by adding thiourea and vitamin C to eliminate chemical interference.Results:The Proposed method is fast, convenient and has less interferences.The recovery is 93.3%-100.0%.Conclusion:The method has been used to determine trace As,Sb,Se and Cd in Chinese Traditional Medicines with satisfactory results.
