DICK钉手术步骤的改良对手术的影响

目的 探讨应用DICK钉治疗脊柱骨折脱位时改良手术操作步骤的优点。方法 将20名脊柱骨折脱位病人随机分为两组，分别采用传统手术步骤及改良手术步骤进行切开复位DICK钉内固定术。观察指标有：手术出血量，X线检测次数、总曝光时间，手术持续时间。结果 通过对比，改良手术步骤较传统手术步骤手术出血量减少48．7％，X线检测次数减少40．5％，X线总曝光时间减少59％，手术持续时间缩短33．5％。结论 应用改良DICK钉手术操作步骤取得良好效果。

Effect of modified operation procedure in treating fracture-dislocation of spine with DICK fixation

Objective To discuss the virtues of new operation procedure in treatment of vertebral fracture and dislocations with DICK nail.Methods Twenty patients with vertebral fracture and dislocations were divided into two groups by random and all the patients were treated with open reduction and DICK nail fixation,one group with traditional procedure,another group with new operation procedure.The followings were observed:the amount of hemorrhage,the times of X ray examinations,total X ray observation times and operation time.Results The group of new operation procedure had less hemorrhage amount about 51.3% of that of the traditional group,X ray examination times decreased 40.5%,total X ray observation time decreased 59% and operation time decreased 33.5%.Conclusion New operation procedure has good result in treatment of vertebral fracture and dislocations.
