加味百合地黄汤对Lewis肺癌小鼠抗肿瘤转移作用机制的研究

目的探讨加味百合地黄汤对肺癌转移小鼠肿瘤转移干预作用及机制。方法复制移植性小鼠Lewis肺癌转移模型,用药后观察肺组织显微镜下转移灶数目、抑瘤率、抗转移率,免疫组化法检测瘤组织中P53、PCNA、Cyclin D1的表达情况。结果加味百合地黄汤对Lewis肺癌有非常显著的抑制作用,可抑制肿瘤细胞增殖,降低PCNA蛋白及Cyclin D1蛋白的表达。结论加味百合地黄汤有较好的抗肿瘤转移作用。

Anti-tumor metastasis action mechanism study of Baihe Dihuang Decoction with additives on mice with Lewis lung cancer

Objective It is to discuss the intervention tumor metastasis action and the mechanism of Baihe Dihuang Decoction with additives on mice with metastatic lung cancer. Methods The mice models with Lewis metastatic lung cancer were reproduced. The number of metastatic focuses in lung tissue under microscope, the inhibitive rate and anti-metastatic rate were observed after giving medication. The expressions of P53, PCNA and Cyclin D1 in lung tissue were detected with immunohistochemical method. Results Baihe Dihuang Decoction with additives had significant inhibition on Lewis lung cancer. It could inhibit tumor cells proliferation and degrade the express of PCNA albumen and Cyclin D1 albumen. Conclusion Baihe Dihuang Decoction with additives has good effect of anti-metastatic cancer.
