桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗乳腺增生大鼠的实验研究

目的观察桂枝茯苓胶囊对乳腺增生病的预防与治疗作用。方法采用苯甲酸雌二醇和黄体酮分别注射大鼠25 d和5 d,建立乳腺增生病模型,于造模3周后给予桂枝茯苓胶囊,连续4周,测定血浆中E2、P、PRL水平,测量造模前后第二对乳头高度,镜下观察乳腺增生的病理改变,观察各组乳腺增生程度。结果桂枝茯苓胶囊能显著降低实验性乳腺增生大鼠乳头高度,抑制乳腺增生,降低E2和P含量,E2/P比值显著增高,对PRL未见明显影响。病理组织学检查结果提示桂枝茯苓胶囊可减轻乳腺增生大鼠乳腺充血与水肿,减少乳腺小叶的腺泡数量,减轻腺上皮增生层次,抑制腺泡分泌现象,改善导管上皮增生的程度。结论桂枝茯苓胶囊具有一定防治乳腺增生病的作用。

Experimental study of Guizhi Fuling capsule on cyclomastopathy rats

Objective It is to observe the action of prevention and treatment of Guizhi Fuling capsule on cyclomastopathy.Methods Experimental cyclomastopathy rat model was made with intramuscular injection of estrogen for 25 d and progestin for 5 d respectively.Guizhi Fuling capsule was given after three weeks model making and lasted four weeks.The levels of E_2,P and PRL in plasma were determined.The height of the second nipple of rats was measured before and after model making.The patho-change of hyperplasia of mammary glands was observed under microscope.The changes of hyperplasia of mammary glands in every group were observed.Results Guizhi Fuling capsule could remarkably reduce the nipple height of experimental hyperplasia of mammary glands rats,inhibit the hyperplasia of mammary glands,reduce the content of E_2 and P,and increase significantly E_2/P.But it couldn't affect PRL well.Histopathology examination showed that Guizhi Fuling capsule could reduce the hyperemia and edema of hyperplasia of mammary glands rats,decrease the number of alveolus in lobules of mammary gland,reduce the layer of gland epithelial proliferation,inhibit the secretion of alveolus and improve the degree of vessel epithelial proliferation.Conclusion Guizhi Fuling capsule has the function of prevention and treatment on cyclomastopathy.
