先天性肠旋转不良症55例分析

总结该院近３０年收治的先天性肠旋转不良症（ＤＩＲ）５５例，其中成人２９例，儿童２６例。ＤＩＲ可发生于任何年龄，临床以肠梗阻为主要表现，其发生率为８５％，巨合并其他畸形率高，本组为２０％（１１／５５）。ＤＩＲ仅据临床表现较难诊断，多需行Ｘ线钡餐照片检查方能确诊。其治疗主要是解决肠梗阻问题，根据梗阻病因及部位而采取不同的手术方式，术中应同时处理并存的畸形。本组除１例拒治外，余５４例均行手术治疗，治愈４９例，死亡５例，其预后良好。

DISORDERS OF INTESTINAL ROTATION

Fifty-five patients with disorders of intestinal rotation (DIR) are reviewed. DIR can occurat any age. Twenty-nine adults and twenty-six children were treated in this group. The clinical manifestation is mainly that of intestinal obstruction, with an incidence of 85 %. In this group, 11 patients werecomplicated with other congenital malformations, and the incidence was 20%. It is difficult to diagnoseDIR from the clinical manifestation, but the definite diagnosis can be made by roentgenography in mostpatients. Surgery can treat the intestinal obstruction and associated malformation synchronously. The results of treatment tvers satisfactory.
