急性脊髓炎临床分析

目的　提高对急性脊髓炎的病因、临床特征、诊断与鉴别、治疗的认识。方法　对 1989- 0 8～ 2 0 0 0- 11间收治的 2 97例急性脊髓炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果　 2 97例急性脊髓炎患者中 ,治愈2 0 7例 ,治愈率 69 7%。好转 76例 ,好转率 2 5 6%。死亡 2例 ,死亡率 0 7%。结论　急性脊髓炎的临床表现取决于受累脊髓节段和病变范围 ,治疗应以糖皮质激素为主的综合疗法 ,急性脊髓炎的治愈率及好转率均较高

Clinical Analysis of Acute Myelitis

Objective To elevate the more understanding of pathogenesis and characteristics of clinical symptoms about acute myelitis. Methods The clinical data of 297 cases of acute myelitis patients were analyzed retrospectively from August 1989 to November 2000. Results The curative effect rate was 69.7% (207/297), resolving rate was 25.6% (76/297) and mortality was 0.7%(2/297). Conclusion The clinical manifestations were determined by the spinal segment involved and lesion range. The complex treatment should be taken mainly with glucocorticoid so that to gain the best curative effect rate and resolving rate.
