| 摘 要： | 目的对比观察复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法选取本院2007年6月-2008年6月就诊的冠心病心绞痛患者165例，分为两组。对照纽口服消心痛每次10-20mg，每天3次；治疗组口服复方丹参滴丸，每次10丸，每天3次，对比观察临床疗效。结果两组心绞痛疗效、心电图疗效比较，治疗组的总有效率均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。与对照组相比，治疗组能够显著降低患者血脂水平（P〈0．05）。结论复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效显著、可靠、安全、副作用小，值得推广使用。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To observe the efficacy of Fufangdanshen dropping pills in the treatment of coronary artery disease angina pectoris. METHODS From June 2007 to June 2008, 165 cases of coronary artery disease angina pectoris patients were randomly classified into two groups. The control group was treated with Xiaotongding and treatment group was treated with Fufangdanshen dropping pills. RESULTS The effieacys of angina pectoris and electrocardiogram in treatment group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05). The levels of blood fat were in treatment group were significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS Fufangdanshen dropping pills in the treatment of coronary artery disease angina pectoris is notable reliable and safe, which is worth to extent. |
