肠系膜上动脉压迫综合征的X线诊断

目的探讨肠系膜上动脉压迫综合征的X线特点,提高对该病的诊断水平。方法回顾性分析了68例肠系膜上动脉压迫综合征的临床表现和影像学检查方法及X线特征。结果本病的主要临床表现为进食后上腹部饱胀,或有反酸、嗳气、恶心、呕吐等,活动后加重。上消化道双重造影显示钡剂通过十二指肠水平段受阻,表现为典型的纵行“笔杆征”压迹,右侧位或俯卧位症状可缓解。结论肠系膜上动脉压迫综合征是临床较常见的一种疾病,提高对本病的认识和应用正确的检查方法是减少本病误诊的关键。

X-ray Diagnosis of Superior Mesenteric Artery Oppression Syndrome

OBJECTIVE To discuss the X-ray features of superior mesenteric atery oppression syndrome. In order to improve the diagnosis level about the disease. METHODS We reviewed the X-ray features and the clinical exhibition of 68 cases with superior mesenteric artery oppression syndrome. RESULTS The main symptoms were midsection unwell after meals,and the more pains the more when exericses. Double contrast examination radiography showed barium obstruction and same vertical impression as penholder sign in the horizontal part of duodenum.When patients lay on their abdomen or side,these signs usually disappeared. CONCLUSION Superior mesenteric artery oppression syndrome was a common disorder. It is important to arise recognition of the disease and adopt proper examination methods.
