低分子肝素治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效

目的 :评价低分子肝素 （L MWH）治疗不稳定型心绞痛 （UAP）的临床疗效。方法 :U AP患者 132例随机分为常规治疗组 （对照组 ）和常规治疗加 L MWH组 （治疗组 ） ,疗程均为 1周。结果 :1周后总有效率 :治疗组为 95 % ,对照组为 70 % （P<0 .0 5 ）。治疗组全血粘度、血浆粘度、全血还原粘度及血小板聚集率均显著降低 （P<0 .0 1） ,血总胆固醇 ,甘油三酯下降明显 （P<0 .0 5 ）。观察半年 ,治疗组心血管事件发生率明显低于对照组 （6 %对 2 0 % ,P<0 .0 5 ）。结论 :在常规治疗基础上加用 L MWH,能更有效地控制心绞痛发作 ,减少心血管事件发生率。

The therapeutic effect of low molecular weight heparin on patients with unstabl e angina pectoris

AIM:To evaluate clinical effect of low molecular weight hepairn (LMWH) on patients with unstable angina pectoris (UAP). MOTHODS:132 cases of UAP were randomly divided into the control group (of normal treatment ) and the treating group (normal treatment combined with LMWH). The therapeutic course was one week. RESULTS:The effective rate was 95% in treating group and 70% in the control group after one week ( P <0.05). Total blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,total blood reductive viscosity and platelet aggregation rate in the treating group were significantly decreased ( P <0.01). Serum total cholesterol and triglyceride in the treating group were significantly lowered ( P <0.05). The incidences of cardiac event were significantly lower in the treating group than in the control group (6% vs 20%, P <0.05). CONCLUSION:LMWH combined with normal treatment can control angina pectoris effectively and decrease in cidence of cardiac event.
