Y14和Upf1在人乳腺癌组织与正常乳腺组织中的表达及意义

摘    要:目的探讨Y14和Upf1在乳腺癌组织与正常乳腺组织中的表达及意义,以及人乳腺癌组织中Y14和Upf1的表达与临床病理特征的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学、激光共聚焦方法测定Y14和Upf1在人乳腺癌组织与正常乳腺组织的表达情况。结果①乳腺癌组织中Y14和Upf1的表达明显高于正常乳腺组织(P〈0.05)。②在乳腺癌组织中,组织学Ⅲ级组的Y14和Upf1表达明显高于Ⅰ和Ⅱ级组(P〈0.05)。③有腋窝淋巴结的乳腺癌组织中Y14和Upf1表达高于无腋窝淋巴结转移的乳腺癌组织(p〈0.05)。结论Y14和Upf1在乳腺癌组织中的表达明显强于正常乳腺组织。在组织学Ⅲ级和有腋窝淋巴结转移的乳腺癌组织中Y14和Upf1表达明显增高。

Expression of Y14 and Upf1 in human breast cancer and normal breast tissues

Abstract:Objective To study expression of Y14 and Upfl in human breast cancer tissues and the normal breast tissues. Methods Y14 and Upfl were determined in human breast cancer tissue and the normal breast tissue by immuocytochemistry and laser scanning eonfoeal mieroscope(LSCM). Results (1)Y14 and Upfl levels of human breast cancer tissue were obviously higher than that of the normal breast tissue(p 〈0. 05). (2)Y14 and Upfl levels of the grade Ⅲ were obviously higher than the were Ⅰ and Ⅱ in breast cancer tissue(p 〈0.05 ). (3)Y14 and Upfl levels of axillary lymph node( + ) group are obviously higher than axillary lymph node( - ) group in breast cancer tissue(p 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The expression of NMD are obviously enhanced in the breast cancer tissue. The effect of NMD obviously enhance the grade Ⅲ and axillary lymph node( + )group in breast cancer tissue.
