恶性肿瘤特异性生长因子临床意义的探讨

目的：研究肿瘤特异性生长因子（TSGF）的临床意义。方法：应用TSGF快速检测试剂盒检测恶性肿瘤病人血清样本中的TSGF含量。结果：98例恶性肿瘤中，不管是原发、复发或转移患者血清TSGF含量均显著高于健康对照组（P＜0．01）。43例治疗后有效者血清TSGF含量明显下降（P＜0．01），7例恶化者则显著升高（P＜0．01）。35例鼻咽癌治疗后血清TSGF明显下降，阳性率17．14％，而EB－VCA－IgA治疗后阳性率仍高达94．29％。结论：TSGF是一种新的敏感性和特异性较高的广谱肿瘤标志物，对疗效评价和预示肿瘤复发或辅助诊断复发方面具有很大的临床意义。

Clinical significance of serum tumor specific growth factor in patients with malignant tumor

Objective To study the level of serum TSGF and its clinical significance in malignant tumor patients.Methods: The serum TSGF level of malignant tumor patients was tested with a fast TSGF diagnostic kit.Results:The serum TSGF level of patients with tumor was significantly higher than that of 30 cases of normal persons(P<0 01),TSGF level of 43 responsed patients was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0 01),whereas 7 cases with tumor deterioration was obvious higher(P<0 05).TSGF level of 35 cases with nasopharyngeal carcinoma was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0 01).After treatment,the positive rate of TSGF was 17 14%,the positive rate of EB VCA IgA was 94 29%.Conclusion: The assay of serum TSGF is of high sensitivity and specificity.It is of great value in diagnosis and prognosis of malignant tumor patients.
