| 摘 要： | 目的：了解北京地区高校医院抗高血压药物应用情况。方法：对2003-2004年北京4所高校医院抗高血压药的品种、销售金额、用药频度等数据进行统计分析。结果：2003-2004年北京4所高校医院应用的抗高血压药物共7类17个品种，其中8个品种4医院都有。总用药频度和销售金额分别增长19．08％和42．62％。复方降压药用药频度最高，其次为钙拮抗药。结论：4所高校医院对抗高血压药物品种选择大体相同，低价位品种占主导地位。

| Abstract: | Objective:To find out the application of anti-hypertension drugs in university infirmaries in Beijing area.Method:Relevant statistics,such as varieties,sale volume,and DDDs of anti-hypertension drugs used in 4 universi- ty infirmaries in Beijing during 2003 - 2004 were collected and analyzed.Result:Seven kinds of anti-hypertension drugs in- cluding 17 varieties were prescribed during 2003 and 2004 in these infirmaries and 8 of them were used in all of the hospi- tals.DDDs and sale volume of the anti-hypertension drugs were increased by 19.08% and 42.62% respectively.Conclu- sion:These university infirmaries selected similar kinds of anti-hypertension drugs,and most of them are low-priced. |
