| 摘 要： | 目的：考察了三种透皮促进剂对水溶性基质制剂脐中穴给药体外释药的影响,为脐中穴经皮给药新制剂适宜性提供参考。方法：制备不同浓度透皮吸收促进剂的水溶性基质制剂,选择小鼠腹部皮肤,采用Franz扩散池进行体外透皮实验,用高效液相色谱法测定接收液中指标成分芍药苷的含量。结果：透皮促进剂氮酮组对甘油明胶贴剂有显著的促透作用,水溶性氮酮3%时促透效果最好;二甲基亚砜促透作用不明显。结论：经皮吸收量与时间呈正相关性;透皮促进剂氮酮组与空白组比较,透过量均有显著性差异（P〈0.05）;其中水溶性氮酮组高于相应的脂溶性氮酮组。
