| 摘 要： | 目的探讨盆腔肿瘤放疗导致的放射性直肠炎的影响因素及临床处治方法。方法回顾性分析1998年4月至2006年10月106例在我院经过放射治疗的盆腔恶性肿瘤患者的临床资料。结果接受盆腔放射治疗的患者发生Ⅰ度放射性直肠炎37例，占34．9％；Ⅱ度11例，占10．4％；Ⅲ度9例，占8．5％，总发生率53．8％（57／106）。结论盆腔接受放射治疗后，放射性直肠炎为重要并发症之一，一般经过对症治疗多能治愈。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the influential factors and clinical treatment of radiation proctitis caused by irradiation of pelvic cavity tumors. Methods Retrospective analysis was carried out using clinical data of 106 cases with malignant tumor in the pelvic cavity, who received radiotherapy from April of 1998 to October of 2006. Results After radiotherapy, the incidences of radiation proctitis were：degree Ⅰ , 34. 9% （37 cases） ;degree Ⅱ, 10. 4% （ 11 cases） ;degree Ⅲ, 8.5% （9 cases） ; and the overall rate was 53. 8% （57 cases）. Conclusion After radiotherapy for pelvic cancer, radiation proctitis is an important complication, but a number of cases can be cured after symptomatic treatment. |
