盐酸羟考酮控释片治疗介入放射科患者癌性疼痛的临床疗效分析

目的观察盐酸羟考酮控释片治疗介入科癌痛患者的镇痛疗效及安全性。方法65例恶性肿瘤伴疼痛者,用数字评分法评估疼痛程度,根据介入科急慢性癌痛患者的疼痛程度,应用盐酸羟考酮控释片进行镇痛治疗,观察镇痛疗效、生活质量及不良反应。结果镇痛疗效：治疗前NRS评分6.87±1.21,治疗3、7、10 d分别为3.08±1.32、2.32±1.16和2.02±1.12,总有效率96.9%。治疗前后疼痛程度比较差异有显著性（P〈0.001）。生活质量：治疗前生活质量良好的病例占43.1%,治疗后第7天和第10天分别增至70.8%和78.5%,治疗前后生活质量差异有显著性（P〈0.01）。不良反应总发生率为35.4%,多为轻度,且持续时间较短,依次为便秘16例（24.6%）,恶心呕吐10例（15.4%）,头晕嗜睡6例（9.2%）,无呼吸抑制等不能耐受的严重不良反应。结论针对介入科急慢性癌痛患者,盐酸羟考酮控释片是镇痛疗效好、安全性高的良好用药。

Efficacy of oxycodone hydrochloride controlled-release tablets in treatment of patients with cancer pain in the department of interventional radiology

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of oxycodone hydrochloride controlled-release tablets in treatment of patients with cancer pain in the department of interventional radiology.Methods Sixty-five patients with moderate or severe cancer pain were treated with oxycodone hydrochloride controlled-release tablets.The pain intensity was measured by numeral rating scale（NRS）.At the same time,scores for the intensity of pain,quality of life and adverse effects were observed and recorded.Results The baseline mean pain intensity （NRS） was 6. 87 ＋ 1.21, On the days 3,7and 10, the mean pain scores de- creased to 3.08 ＋ 1.32, 2. 32 ＋ 1.16, 2.02 ＋ I. 12,respectively. The total effective rate was 96. 9% （P 〈 0. 001 ）. The good quality of life rate in the patients was 43. 1% before treatment, and 70. 8% and 78. 5% re- spectively on the day 7 and day 10 （ P 〈0. 01 ）. The incidence of side effects was 35.4%. The common side effects were constipation （24. 6% ）, nausea and vomiting （ 15. 4% ）, dizziness and drowsiness （9. 2% ）. No severe side effects such as respiratory depression appeared. Conclusions Oxycodone hydrochloride con- trolled-release tablets were effective and safe in the treatment of acute and chronic cancer pain in the depart- ment of interventional radiology.
