改良CTF方案与经典CTF方案疗效与不良反应的比较

目的比较改良CTF方案与经典CTF方案对乳腺癌的疗效和不良反应。方法将115例女性乳腺癌患者随机分组,研究组采用改良CTF方案,对照组采用经典CTF方案,分别行6个周期术后常规化疗,于第4-5周期评价化疗不良反应,于术后1,3年随访评价疗效。结果改良CTF方案较经典CTF方案有较轻的骨髓抑制、消化道不良反应及肝脏损伤,且二者在术后1,3年总生存率方面差异无显著性。结论改良CTF方案较经典CTF方案化疗不良反应少,且无严重长期后遗症,疗效可靠,值得在临床推广使用。

Comparison of curative effects and adverse reactions between modified and traditional CTF regimens

Objective To compare the efficacy and adverse reactions between modified CTF regimen and traditional CTF regimen in treatment of breast cancer,and to observe the adverse reactions.Methods 115 female patients with breast cancer were divided into two groups at random,and received modified or traditional CTF regimen for 6 cycles after operation.Adverse reactions were assessed after 4 cycles of chemotherapy, and clinical response rates were assessed in 1 and 3 years.Results The major toxic reactions were more severe in patients treated with traditional CTF regimen, including leucopenia, gastroenteric reactions and liver damage. However the total survival rate was similar in both groups. Conclusion The adverse reactions were milder in patients treated with modified CTF regimen, with no serious long-term effects. Modified CTF regimen is effective and is worthy of popularization for clinical use.
