恶性肿瘤相关性心律失常的探讨

目的总结我院肿瘤血液内科收治的各种恶性肿瘤患者心律失常情况，探讨其防治措施。方法回顾性分析我院2000年1月至2003年10月住院确诊的543例恶性肿瘤患者，逐一登记符合心律失常诊断，排除既往有心律失常病史者，统计其发病特点。结果恶性肿瘤相关性心律失常发生率为5．9％（32／543）；心律失常类型以快速型为主，包括窦性心律过速18例（56．3％）、心房颤动与扑动6例（18．8％）等；心律失常发生的原因有多样性，抗心律失常药物治疗疗效差（PR＋CR33．3％）。结论恶性肿瘤相关性心律失常有一定的特点，其发生原因具有多样性；对抗心律失常药物治疗效果差，去除诱因、改善心肌代谢环境等综合治疗有一定的价值。

Investigation on cardiac arrhythmia related to malignant tumor

Objective To summarize the cardiac arrhythmia in the malignant tumor patients, and explore the prevention and therapy measures. Methods The malignant tumor patients with cardiac arrhythmia except those who had cardiac arrhythmia previously were analyzed retrospectively. Results The rate of cardiac arrhythmia related to malignant tumor was 5.9% （ 32/543 ）, the type of cardiac arrhythmia was mainly tachyeardia,including sinus tachycardia 18 cases （ 56. 3% ）, atrial fibrillation and atrial flutter 6 cases （ 18. 8% ）. The causes of cardiac arrhythmia were various, and the efficacy of drug therapy was unsatisfactory （ PR ＋ CR 33.3% ）. Conclusions The cardiac arrhythmia related to malignant tumor has certain characteristics, the causes were diversiform, and the efficacy of drug therapy was unsatisfactory. The treatment such as eliminating the causes, drug therapy and improving the metabolism of myocardium need further study.
