滋肾健脾化瘀片对糖尿病大鼠视神经组织的保护作用

目的通过观察滋肾健脾化瘀片对糖尿病大鼠视神经组织形态及超微结构的影响，探讨滋肾健脾化瘀片对糖尿病视神经的保护作用。方法通过建立链脲佐菌素诱导的SD大鼠DM模型，并用滋肾健脾化瘀片和导升明胶囊治疗，观察光镜下视神经组织形态的改变及透射电镜下视神经超微结构的改变。结果中药高剂量组的视神经光镜下视神经排列较导升明组及模型组明显整齐。视神经纤维退变和神经髓鞘脱失的程度均显明轻于导升明组及模型组。结论滋肾健脾化瘀片对糖尿病视神经有一定保护作用，能减轻实验性糖尿病大鼠视神经的病理损害。

The neuroprotective effect of Zishen Jianpi Huayufang (滋肾健脾化瘀) tablets on the tissue of experimental diabetic rats optic nerve

OBJECTIVE To study the influence of Zishen Jianpi Huayu（滋肾健脾化瘀） tablets on optic nervous tissue of the experimental diabetic rat, then to investigate the neuroprotective effect of Zishen Jianpi Huayu tablets on the tissue of experimental diabetic rats optic nerve.METHODS Fifty experimental SD rats are divided into five groups： normal group, diabetes mellitus group, doxium group, Zishen Jianpi Huayu tablets low dose group, Zishen Jianpi Huayu tablets high dose group. Forty rats were abdominal injected streptozotocln to make DM, and then the optic nervous tissues of experimental diabetic rats were investigated by light and electron - microscope. RESULTS The degrees of the degeneration and the myelinolysis of optic nervous fibers in the treated group were obviously lower than those in both the diabetes mellitus group and doxium group. CONCLUSIONS Zishen Jianpi Huayu tablets have neuroprotective effect on the optic nervous of experimental diabetic rats and can also relieve the pathological damage of optic nerve in experimental diabetic rats.
