| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨视神经炎患者的人格特征、中医证型特点,为视神经炎的临床防治提供参考.方法 采用症状评分表和艾森克人格问卷,对89例视神经炎患者进行调查,检测其中医证型和人格特征,健康对照组30例.结果 视神经炎肝经火盛、肝郁气滞2型累计百分比达65.2%;视神经炎各证型得分存在差异,肝经火盛型、肝郁气滞2型症状得分较阴虚火旺、气血两虚型高,差异具有显著性(P<0.05);视神经炎患者EPQ人格特征P、E、N、L得分均较健康对照组高,其中N、L值升高有显著性差异(P<0.01).结论 视神经炎以肝经火盛、肝郁气滞2型为主;患者人格特征表现为容易激惹、紧张、焦虑、急躁易怒,心理负担较重是视神经炎发病的危险因素.
