| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the value of the standard care plan development and implementation in the treatment of intestinal fistula. Methods:22 cases data of intestinal fistula patients in our hospital from July 2007 to August 2010 were retrospective surveyed.The patients were comprehensive treated with a closed suction irrigation drainage,nutrition support et al,and standards care plan was established,which include the measure for the water and electrolyte imbalance,nutritional disorders and promote fistula healing,and achieve to the correct unbalance,control infection,and protect important organs.Then the results were analyzed. Results:2 patients died for treatment late and severe infection,and the remaining 20 patients were healed spontaneously.The average healing time of fistula was(102.4±153.6)d. Conclusion:The establishment and implementation the standard care plan are important measures in the treatment of intestinal fistula. |
