摘    要:
目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声(CDFI)与CTA对椎-基底动脉短暂性脑缺血的诊断与应用价值.方法 对30例椎-基底动脉TIA病人进行CDFI和CTA检查并进行对比,其中10例病人有明显的颈椎退行性改变.结果 30例患者中,CDFI的椎动脉狭窄阳性率为66.67%,其中:左侧椎动脉(LVA)有9例狭窄(30%),右侧椎动脉(...

Clinical Research on Diagnosis of 30 Patients Involved of Vertebrobasilar Transient Ischemic Attack with CDFI and CTA

Abstract:
Objective To discuss the value of CDFI and CTA on diagnosing the patients with vertebrobasilar transient ischemic attack.Methods The clinical data from 30 patients with vertebrobasilar TIA who were checked by CDFI and CTA were analyzed and the examing results of CDFI and CTA were compared and contrasted,and there were 10 patients who had been found of severe cervical degeneration among the patient of vertebrobasilar TIA.Results 20 of 30 patients were diagnosed vertebral artery stenosis by CDFI(66.67%),among whom there were 9 cases found the stenosis of the left vertebral arteries(30%),7 cases showed the stenosis of the right vertebral arteries(23.33%),and 4 cases diagnosed bilateral stenosis of the vertebral arteries(13.33%).In comparison with CDFI,CTA were used to diagnosed 27 patients whose vertebral arteries were stenosis(90%) and there were 15 cases stenosis in the left vertebral arteries(50%),12 cases stenosis in the right vertebral arteries(40%) and 1 case stenosis in bilateral vertebral arteries(3.33%).In addition,the changes of vertebral arteries among the patients with cervical degeneration were more heavier than those of vertebral arteries among the patients without cervical degeneration.Conclusion CDFI and CTA may clarify the causes of vertebrobasilar transient ischemic attack which is benefit for the treatment and there might have some relationship between the vertebrobasilar TIA and cervical degeneration.
