| Abstract: | Objective The significance of semi-quantitative detection of food intolerance testing and its clinical guidelines.Methods To detect specific IgG antibodies of food intolerance by semi-quantitative detection,to analysis the test results,and effective clinical instruction were preformed.Results 265 patients were suspected cases,of which 248 cases were positive.Clinical guidance "absolute diet"or "substitute" 6 months to 24 months.The cure rate was 52.97 percent(n=129),improved rate was 44.36 percent(n=110).Conclusion Food intolerance is an kind of responsiveness of the body in digest course to a variety of symptoms.It can occasionally cause a variety of multi-system symptoms.Under doctor′s guidance,to apply absolute diet or substitute intolerance food for a period of time,reject reaction could be reduced or lost. |
