| 摘 要： | 目的:观察采用七味清咽气雾剂佐治小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的疗效.方法:选择120例疱疹性咽峡炎患儿,随机分为治疗组70例和对照组50例.对照组给予利巴韦林常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用七味清咽气雾剂辅助治疗,比较两组的治疗效果.结果:治疗组总有效率为97.14%,明显高于对照组的84.00%(P<0.01).结论:七味清...

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of qiweiqingyan aerosol in the treatment of in fantile herpangina. Methods:120 cases of children with herp angina were divided into two groups,the therapy group(70 cases)and the control group(50 cases).The control group was given ribavirin by intravenous infusion a s routine therapy.The therapy group received qiweiqingyan aerosol treatment exc ept routine therapy.The therapeutic effects were investigated and compared afte r treatment in the two groups. Results:The total effective rate in the therapy group was 97.14%,which was significantl y higher than 84.00% in the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion:Using qiweiqingyan aerosol in treating infantile her pangina is well effective and worthy of application to clinical practice. |
