Burn Scar Cancer's Treatment

Objective To discuss burns,scar cancer′s clinical characteristic and method of treatment.Methods Review analysis was taken within 12 years 11 example scar cancer patient′s clinical material.Results 11 examples were the chronic scar cancers,ulcer 4 examples,cauliflower 7 examples,Besides 1 example scalp scar cancer,other patients moved to the skin grafting piece or the skin petal 100% survives,2 example amputation wound phase of cicatrization.8 example patients obtain the revisit separately in the technique latter 6 months~5 years,1 example in the technique latter 6 months because of the encephalic shift death,1 example died in the technique latter 5 years of other vigorous sickness;1 example heeled department scar cancer in the technique latter 4 months recrudescence,and invades bites the calcaneum,the good calf center-section amputation,other 5 examples did not have the recrudescence partially,the function contour are good.Conclusion The pathology check result might be determined that the diagnosis and therapeutic schedule′s important basis,the surgery should be still the scar cancer′s first choice treatment.
