| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤的临床诊断和治疗经验.方法:回顾性分析2006年1月至2010年12月26例妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤蒂扭转患者临床资料.结果:26例妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤蒂扭转均行急诊手术.3例行卵巢肿瘤复位加肿瘤剥除术;余23例均行患侧附件切除术;术后给予保胎及抗感染治疗.结论;妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤蒂扭转是妇产科急症,积极诊...

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the clinical diagnosis and treatment of ovarian tumors torsion of pedicle in pregnancy. Methods:The clinical diagnosis and trea tment data of 26 patients with ovarian tumors torsion of pedicle in pregnancy fr om Jan.2006 to Dec.2010 were retrospectively analyzed. Results:All patients were p erformed emergency operation.Among 26 patients,3 cases were performed operatio n of tumor reposition and tumor divesting,23 cases were performed adnexectomy. After operation tocolyis therapy and anti-infective therapy were carried out. Conclusion:It is important of effective ways to diagnose and deal with ovarian tumors torsi on of pedicle in pregnancy. |
