| 摘 要： | 目的 观察膝关节骨性关节炎患者关节镜术后注入透明质酸钠的疗效.方法 对62例膝关节骨性关节炎进行关节镜下清理术后注射透明质酸钠,对手术前后采用HSS膝关节功能评定.结果 术后膝关节HSS评定关节功能优良率分别为80.6%及 69.4%,均较术前明显提高(P<0.01,P<0.05).结论 关节镜下膝关节骨性关节炎清理术...

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the treatment results of knee osteoarthritis with arthroscopic debridement and using sldium hyaluonate.Methods Sixty-two patients with knee osteoarthritis were 29 male and 33 female and had an average age of 56 years(range,41～75 years).All patients underwent a arthroscopic debridement and using Sldium Hyaluonate.Results The effective rate was 80.6%,69.4%(P<0.01,P<0.05),Conclusion Arthroscopic debridement and using sldium hyaluonate could be an effective surgical procedure to alleviate pain of the knee in patients with osteoarthritis. |
