| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨应用降压药物治疗肾病合并高血压的临床疗效.方法 使用咪达普利、氨氯地平、拉西地平、美托洛尔治疗肾病合并高血压患者100例,比较各组间血压、尿蛋白、肾小球滤过率、血肌酐及24 h动态血压的变化.结果 氨氯地平、拉西地平治疗效果优于咪达普利,前三者的疗效优于美托洛尔.结论氨氯地平、拉西地平等长效二氢吡啶类钙离子拮...

| Abstract: | Objective To study the curative effect of antihypertensive drugs in renal hypertension.Methods 100 cases of renal hypertension patients were treated by imidapril,amlodipine,lacidipine or metoprolol.To compare the changes of blood pressure,urine protein,glomerular filtration rate,serum creatinine and 24 h ambulatory blood pressure among each groups.Results The curative effect of amlodipine,lacidipine are more effective than imidapril treatment,and they all better than metoprolol.Conclusion Long-acting dihydropyridine calcium channel blockers such as amlodipine,lacidipine are effective and safe in the treatment of nephropathy with hypertension. |
