| 摘 要： | 目的:研究脑梗死患者抑郁焦虑的发生率.方法:对54例脑梗死患者用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)和欧洲卒中评分量表(ESS)进行评定,SDS或SAS评定标准分50分以上者可诊断为脑梗死合并抑郁、焦虑.结果:54例脑梗死患者中26例(48%)并发抑郁或焦虑.结论:脑梗死后出现抑...

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the incidence rate of anxiety or depression in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods:54 patients with cerebral infarct ion were assessed with Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90),Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and European Stroke Scale(ESS). Results:26 cases of 54 cerebral infarction patients(48%)were diagnosed anxiety or depr ession. Conclusion:There is a high incidence of depression or anxiety after cer ebral infarction,which had a negative correlation with ESS. |
