A Clinic Analysis of the the Rapeutic Effect of Traumatic Floating Knee in 35 Cases

Objective To sumup the experiences of the traumatic floating knee in 35 cases and to explore the therapeutic methods of the traumatic floating knee.Methods With the retrospective in vestigation of the treatment and recovery in 35 cases with traumatic floating knee from June 2004 to October 2010 in our hospital,and with the retrospective summary on injury characteristic,effect of traumatic and situation of the operation.Results Follow on 35 cases in 1~3 years,average of 1.8 years.All the frature have been healing;without any complications.In accordance with the standard of Karlstromon on the effect of traumatic.Excllent in 24 cases,good in 6 cases,secondary in 5 cases,good rate of 85.7%.Conclusion The fracture of floating knee is a kind of severe unstable wound.The treatment method should be selected according to the whole or local soft tissue conditions.
