| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨早期肠内营养在食管、贲门癌术后的应用效果.方法 将20例食管、贲门癌患者随机分为肠内营养(EEN)组和肠外营养(PN)组,每组10例.结果 EEN组患者术后肛门排气和排便时间明显缩短,营养情况优于PN组.结论 食管癌、贲门癌术后早期应用肠内营养,能促进胃肠功能恢复,改善患者营养状况,且具有简便、经济、无严重并...

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the clinical effect on enteral nutrition in early stage after cardiac esophageal carcinoma resection.Methods 10 cases of such patient were placed the Flocare tube during operation and treated EEN as test group,other 10 cases were treated with PN.Results The times of passage of gas by anus and defecation,nutrition condition in test graoup were better than those in control group.Conclusion The usage of EN with flocare tube might improve the intestinal function and nutritional condition with easy,cheap,and without complication compared with PN.It might be effective method for such patient. |
