| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effects of Shuxuetong injection on secretion function of vascular endodermis cell in patients with acute cerebral infarction..Methods The European Stroke Scale(ESS) score,endothelin-1,tissue-type plasminogen activator and inhibitor levels were evaluated before and after the treatment for all patients.Results After Shuxuetong injection therapy in patients with acute cerebral infarction,the ESS scores were significantly improved,the endothelin-1 and tissue-type plasminogen activator inhibitor levels were notably inhibited,and the tissue-type plasminogen activator levels were obviously increased.Conclusion Shuxuetong injection can improve secretion function of vascular endodermis cell in patients with acute cerebral infarction. |
