儿童急性中毒的急救与护理

目的:探讨小儿急性中毒的种类及相关原因,急救与护理方法.方法:156例急性中毒患儿,按中毒毒种、中毒途径、例次、性别、年龄等对比计算.对中毒患儿采取催吐、洗胃、灌肠等抢救措施.及时、彻底地清除毒物后,迅速建立静脉通路,以保证及时用药,密切观察病情变化,加强合并症护理.结果:156例患儿经积极抢救及护理,临床治愈144例...

Acute poisoning in children first aid and nursing

Objective:In term of the species and related reasons of children acute poisoning,and probe into the methods of first aid. Methods:By drawing upon the 156 patients with acute poisoning,it means that according the poisoning species,poisoning pathway,the cases of times,gender,age and etc to compared and calculated.Take measures to salve the patients,such as pressed to spit out,lavage the stomach and enema.After clean away poison thoroughly in time,then establish vein circuit quickly in order to ensure medication timely,and observe the changes of patients’ condition closely,strengthen the complications of nursing at the same time. Results:After the active rescue and nursing,among of the 156 patients,the number of clinical cure was 144 (92.3%),8 patients had been better(5.13%),4 patients died(2.56%). Conclusion:It could reduce the mortality of the children patients that take prompt and accurate emergency measures and effectively nursing.
