摘    要:目的:探讨广西藤茶中双氯杨梅树皮素对小鼠急性化学性肝损伤的保护作用。方法:采用四氯化碳和D-半乳糖所致小鼠急性肝损伤的模型,观察双氢杨梅树皮素对小鼠功能指标ALT和AST水平的影响。结果:双氢杨梅树皮素有效地抑制四氢化碳和D-半乳糖所致小鼠急性肝损伤的血清ALT和AST的升高,与空白对照组比较差异有显性。结论:双氢梅树皮素能有效地保护小鼠急性化学性肝损伤。

Abstract:To study protective effect of APS against acute chemical liver injury.An animal model with acute liver injury was reproduced by carbon tetachloride and D chondrosamine in mice.Liver function indicators,serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase(AST),were determined.Increase in serum ALTand AST in mice caused by carbon tetrachloride and D chondrosamine could be inhibited by APS. There was significant difference between them and control.[Conclusion]It suggests that APS can protect mice from acute chemical liver injury.
