| 摘 要： | 为了探索轻微脑功能失调(简称MBD)的诊断方法,本文对130名MBD患儿,120名正常儿童在微小先天异常、软神经征、注意力测试、乙酰胆硷皮试方面作了对照检查,结果表明,MBD组阳性人数均明显高于对照组,P<0.01,对7名有微小异常病例作染色体分析,发现1例47xyy,提示微小异常有助于确诊本病。106例患儿作智能测定,显示极大部分智力正常。病史采集含教师用儿童行为量表有利于本病诊断。最后对四项检查作为诊断指标的效果进行了评价。

| Abstract: | For the sake of studying the diagnostic method of MBD, the controlled examinations were made for the minor congenital anomaly, the soft neurological signs, attention's test and the acetylcholine dermal test in 130 cases of MBD pediatric patients and 120 normal control subjects. The result revealed that the number of positive cases in the MBD patients was much more than that of the control groups (p<0.01).A case of 67 XYY was found in the analysis of chromosomes in 8 minor congenital anomaly patients. It suggested that the presence of minor anomaly may help us give a correct diagnosis.Intelligence tests were done in 106 cases showing that most of them possessed normal mentality. |
