| 摘 要： | 目的研究补阳还五汤加味对急性脑梗死患者氧化应激机制及神经功能的影响。方法将80例急性脑梗死患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各40例,对照组采用抗凝、降纤、抗血小板凝胶、扩容等西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上采用补阳还五汤加味治疗,疗程均为14天。于治疗前后进行美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NHISS)评分及日常生活活动能力(Barthel指数)评定,并检测血超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化。结果两组患者治疗后NHISS评分、Barthel指数及SOD、MDA水平与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组各项指标的改善优于对照组,两组治疗后差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补阳还五汤加味能显著改善急性脑梗死患者的神经功能,降低氧化应激水平可能是其作用机制之一。
