| 摘 要： | 目的探讨乳腺增生病中医证型与中医体质间的关系。方法使用中医体质量表对985例受试者进行体质调查,其中病例组(乳腺增生病患者)623例,对照组(健康体检者)362例,比较9种体质在两组受试者中的分布;并对病例组患者进行辨证分型为肝郁气滞证、痰瘀凝结证和冲任失调证,观察9种体质患者的中医证型分布;采用多元回归分析体质因素对乳腺增生病的影响。结果病例组中平和质、气虚质、阳虚质、阴虚质、气郁质5种体质与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其中气郁质、气虚质、阴虚质是患乳腺增生病的危险因素(P<0.05);病例组中肝郁气滞证335例、痰瘀凝结证128例、冲任失调证140例,不同体质类型的患者中医证型分布差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论气郁质、气虚质、阴虚质是患乳腺增生病的危险因素,肝郁气滞证和痰瘀凝结证患者以气郁质为主,冲任失调证患者以气虚质为主。
