| 摘 要： | 目的观察上感颗粒对急性上呼吸道感染患者的退热效果。方法收集8家医院433例急性上呼吸道感染患者,按照诊断标准分为风寒证、风热证、卫气同病证、风邪袭表(寒热不显)、风邪袭表(寒热兼夹)5个证型。均予上感颗粒口服治疗,每天服用2次,疗程3天。观察1个疗程,测量患者给药后1h、2h、3h、4h、24h内、48h内、72h内、72h的体温,观察即刻退热疗效和解热时间。结果服药4h内退热216例,占49.88%;服药后72h治愈413例,治愈率为95.38%;各证型组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论上感颗粒治疗急性上呼吸道感染发热疗效确切。 |
