| 摘 要： | 目的观察镇痛松肌活血方经皮透入治疗椎管外慢性软组织损伤腰腿痛的临床疗效。方法将120例椎管外慢性软组织损伤腰腿痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例,两组患者均给予双力气压密封治疗仪治疗,其中治疗组蒸敷盘药垫贴注入镇痛松肌活血方,对照组蒸敷盘药垫贴注入生理盐水,两组治疗每次持续40min,每天1次,14天为1个疗程。于治疗前后对两组患者疼痛程度采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)和中文版Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)进行评分。结果两组患者治疗后VAS和ODI评分与治疗前比较均有改善(P<0.05或P<0.01);治疗后VAS和ODI评分治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论双力气压密封治疗仪经皮透入镇痛松肌活血方治疗椎管外慢性软组织损伤腰腿痛患者疗效肯定。
