| 摘 要： | 目的通过诱导大鼠直立体位引起腰椎病变的实验方法来观察腰与肾的相关性,并由此认识"腰为肾之府"这一理论机制。方法将24只SD大鼠随机分为正常组、直立组及恢复体位组各8只,采用肩关节离断术、抬高食物和水的方法诱导大鼠直立,制备大鼠直立模型,9周后以X线片、血糖浓度、体重、肾组织形态为指标,观察腰椎变化对肾脏的影响。结果大鼠直立后出现下腰椎间隙变窄,椎体前缘出现唇缘样增生。直立组大鼠体重、肾小球直径、周长均较正常组显著性下降(P<0.01);直立组、恢复体位组的肾小球直径,周长较正常组均有显著性增加(P<0.01);肾组织出现病理变化,肾小球较正常组显著性增大(P<0.01)。结论大鼠直立后腰椎的变化可引发肾组织病理改变,恢复体位后有所改善,因此腰与肾关系密切,用现代实验方法验证了"腰为肾之府"中医理论。 |
