| Abstract: | Objective To explore effect of programmed management used in operating room.Methods We decomposed tasks of circulating nurses into subtasks,programmed them in workflow,and implemented the workflow and effect evaluation in works of circulating nurses.Results After implementation of programmed management,job satisfaction of circulating nurses increased from 83.05% to 95.23%,and doctors′satisfaction raised from 83.33% to 95.83%.Conclusion Using programmed management in the task of circulating nurses in operating room can clarify procedures and standards of each operation,which ensures the process to be carried out solidly and promotes work efficiency and quality. |
