| 摘 要： | 目的比较桂枝与桂枝汤对大鼠的发汗作用,为揭示桂枝汤的配伍机制提供可能依据。方法将SD大鼠随机分为空白组、桂枝组和桂枝汤组,每组20只。分别给大鼠灌服等量生理盐水、桂枝、桂枝汤,30min后观察大鼠后足跖肉垫汗腺分泌着色点数和分泌量。结果桂枝组大鼠足趾汗腺着色点数及足趾汗腺分泌量明显多于桂枝汤组及空白组(P<0.01)。结论桂枝对大鼠足趾汗腺分泌作用明显优于桂枝汤。
