可吸收螺钉在儿童肱骨外髁骨骺骨折的应用

目的研究可吸收螺钉在儿童肱骨外髁骨骺骨折中的临床应用价值。方法2004年1月～2007年6月以来，用可吸收螺钉内固定治疗32例儿童肱骨外髁骨骺骨折，术后屈肘90。位石膏托固定，3周后去除膏托，行肘关节功能锻炼。结果随访6个月。4年，骨折全部愈合。疗效优者24例，良者5例，可3例；优良率为90％。结论可吸收螺钉固定儿童肱骨外髁骨骺骨折临床疗效是确切的，经随访不会加重骨骺损伤，骨折固定后经短期石膏托外固定，即进行关节功能锻炼，改善了关节功能，无需二次手术，减轻患者的创伤和痛苦，节约了医疗费用。

The Value of Using Absorbable Bolt in Treating Children's Humeral Lateral Condyle Epiphyseal Fracture

Objective To analyse the clinical value of using absorbable bolt in treating the children＇s humeral lateral condyle epiphyseal fractures. Methods The author using absorbable bolt to fix 32 cases of children＇s humeral lateral condyle epiphyseal fractures from Jan. 2004 to June 2007. Assisted by plaster slab on 90° angle of the elbow for 2-3 weeks after operation, then remove it and start functional exercise. Results Follow up from 4 months to 4 years, all fractures were consolidated. The 24 cases were excellent, the 5 cases were fine and 3 cases were moderately. Conclusion The clinical therapeutic effect of using absorbable bolt on treating the children＇s humeral lateral condyle epiphyseal fractures is exact, It can not aggravate the epiphyseal injury. Assisted by plaster slab for a short period, and start functional exercise. This technique is benefit for patients to improve the joints function, relieve trauma and pain, avoid the second operation and save medical cost.
