沸水消融治疗兔VX2肝脏肿瘤的实验研究

目的探讨沸腾蒸馏水瘤内注射治疗兔VX2肝肿瘤的可行性和疗效。方法建立18只兔VX2肝肿瘤模型,随机分为两组,一组为治疗组(12只),另一组为对照组(6只)。治疗组在直视下开腹行沸腾蒸馏水瘤内注射,并在术后即刻,第3、7天分别处死2只荷瘤兔,切取肿瘤及瘤旁肝组织行病理活检,通过HE染色、TUNEL法观察瘤旁组织的凋亡指数改变,及同时观察剩余荷瘤兔的存活时间。结果治疗组肿瘤细胞坏死程度第7天>第3天>即刻,坏死区域大量炎细胞侵润。凝固性坏死边缘区肿瘤组织凋亡指数明显高于对照组,术后第3天均值达高峰。治疗组荷瘤兔存活时间均较对照组时间延长。结论沸腾蒸馏水瘤内注射治疗兔VX2肝肿瘤具有明显的疗效,且具有操作简单,安全性高的优点。

Local ablation with hyperthermal distilled-water injection therapy for liver tumor VX2 in rabbits

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of local ablation with hyperthermal distilled-water injection therapy for liver tumor VX2 in rabbits.Methods Eighteen rabbit models of liver tumor VX2 were prepared and randomly divided into treatment group(12 rabbits) and control group(6 rabbits).Local ablation with hyperthermal distilled-water injection therapy was administrated in treatment group and no any treatment was used in control group.Pathological observation and TUNEL assay were carried out by cutting tumors and tissues adjacent to tumors on day 0,3 and 7.And the survival rate was also caculated in two groups.Results The tumor cell necrosis was observed after HDI therapy and its level increased gradually from day 0 to day 7.The quantity of the apoptotic cells in peritumoral tissues was markedly higher than that in control group,especially on day 3.Meanwhile the survial rate of the rabbits in treatment group was also significantly higher than that in control group.Conclusion The hyperthermal distilled-water injection therapy for liver tumor VX2 in rabbits is an effective and safe approach by local ablation.
