运用"中医舌诊专家系统"对血瘀证舌质的研究

目的 :探讨血瘀证舌像的量化诊断 ,运用“中医舌诊专家系统”对照观察了 352例血瘀证舌质和2 1 8例非血瘀证舌质的改变 ,并进行了舌质 RGB的量化观测 ,结果 :血瘀证病人以淡紫舌、紫暗、紫红、青紫比例显著多于非血瘀证组 ,淡红、红绛及淡白舌较非血瘀组为低 (P<0 .0 1 )。血瘀证胖瘦、齿痕舌形变化与非血瘀证无统计学差异 ,而血瘀证患者瘀点瘀斑出现率明显高于非血瘀组 (P<0 .0 1 )。血瘀证的舌质红色分量R值较非血瘀组显著降低 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,绿色分量 G值两组接近 (P>0 .0 5) ,而蓝色分量 B值显著增高 (P<0 .0 1 )。因此 ,舌质 RGB对血瘀证量化诊断具有重要参考价值。

Studies on Tongue Bodies of the Blood Stasis Syndrome by using the Expert System of Tongue Inspection of TCM.

To explore the quantitative diagnosis of the blood stasis syndrome,the changes of tongue bodies of 352 patients of the blood stasis syndrome and 218 patients of non-blood stasis syndromes were observed by the expert system of tongue inspection of TCM,then the tongue body RGB(three elemental colors,R refers to the red color,G refers to the green color,Brefers to the blue color)values of were measured.The results showed:In the blood stasis syndrome group,the rate of pale purple,dark purple and green purple were significant higher than the non-blood stasis syndromes,the rate of pale red and deep red and pale were significant lower than the non-blood stasis syndromes( P <0.01).And compared with the non-blood stasis syndromes group,in the blood stasis syndrome group,tongue bodies with ecchymosis or petechiae,were significantly more common( P <0.01).While the difference in tongue figures between the blood stasis syndrome group and the non-blood stasis syndromes group was not significant.Compared with the non-blood stasis syndromes group,the R values of tongue bodies of the blood stasis syndrome group were significantly lower ( P <0.01),the G values were not significantly different ( P >0.05),and the B values were significantly higher( P <0.01).Thereby,to quantitative analysis on the blood stasis syndrome,the tongue body RGB is important reference indexes.
