| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨血小板最大聚集率对脑梗塞患者组的临床意义。方法:测定202例脑梗塞患者的血小板最大聚集率,并与健康对照组进行比较。结果:脑梗塞患者组的血小板最大聚集率明显高于健康对照组,二者之间有极显著性差异(P<0.001)。结论:血浆血小板最大聚集率对脑梗塞的诊断和预防有指导意义。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the clinical significance of maximum agglutination(MA) of platelet in cerbral infarction.Methods:The MA of platelet in 202 patients with cerbral infarction was determined and compared with controls.Results:The MA of platelet in group with cerbral infarction was higher than that in control group,the difference was markely significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The MA of platelet plays direct role in diagnosis and prognosis of cerebral infarction. |
