变换体位实施清洁灌肠法

目的:为提高清洁灌肠的效果。方法:将实施清洁灌肠病人60例随机分实验组和对照组各30例,实验组灌肠采用变换病人体位,对照组采用左侧卧位灌肠,就两组清洁灌肠溶液到达肠腔的部位和左、右结肠清洁效果3个指标进行比较。结果:清洁灌肠后,左侧结肠清洁率两组比较P>0.05,差异无显著意义;右侧结肠清洁率比较P<0.01,呈极显著意义。结论:变换体位清洁灌肠较常规清洁灌肠清洁范围广、效果好。

The study of changing patients' posture during giving cleaning enema

Objective: To observe the effect at changing patients' posture during giving cleaning enema. Method: 60 patients who are going to have enema were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group with 30 patients and control group with 30 patients. The patients' posture was changed during giving cleaning enema in experimental group while the control group was not. The cleaning effect was compared through observation of the fluid reaching colons and the cleaning result of left colons. Results: The results of cleaning enema shows: the clean effect of left colon was no different in both group x = 0.95 (P>0.05), but there was significantly difference in right colon cleaning in the experimental group x = 52.2 (P<0.01). Conclusion:To change patients' posture during giving cleaning enema has better result of colon clean than the routine one. .
