气虚血瘀证血浆NPY、ET、CGRP的改变及相关性研究

摘    要:目的 :同步观察气虚血瘀证患者血浆神经肽Y(NPY)、内皮素 (ET)、降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)的变化及其意义。方法 :用放射免疫分析法 (RIA)检测了 5 8例气虚血瘀证患者、2 3例青年健康者、15例老年健康者的血浆NPY、ET、CGRP水平。结果 :气虚血瘀组血浆NPY、ET水平明显高于青年健康组和老年健康组 (P <0 .0 1) ,同时 ,其血浆CGRP水平显著低于青年健康组和老年健康组 (P <0 .0 1)。老年健康组与青年健康组间血浆NPY、ET、CGRP水平均无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 1)。气虚血瘀组、青年健康组和老年健康组血浆NPY与ET、CGRP水平均无相关性 (P >0 .0 1)。老年健康组和青年健康组血浆ET、CGRP水平呈显著正相关 (P <0 .0 1) ,气虚血瘀组血浆ET、CGRP水平呈显著负相关 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :血浆NPY、ET水平上升、CGRP水平下降可作为气虚血瘀证的微观诊断指标之一 ,在一定程度上反映气虚血瘀证患者病情的轻重。同步观察气虚血瘀证患者血浆NPY、ET、CGRP水平的动态变化 ,可作为判断病情进展和疗效的指标。

Abstract:Objective: To study the changes and effects of NPY,ET and CGRP in plasma on the patients of Qi-deficiency and Blood-stasis syndrome (QDBS). Methods: The levels of NPY,ET and CGRP in plasma were measured by radioimmunoassay (RIA) in 58 patients with QDBS and 15 healthy elders and 23 healthy youngers. Results: The levels of NPY and ET in plasma in the patients with QDBS were significantly higher than in the healthy elders and healthy youngers ( P <0.01).At the same time,the level of CGRP in plasma in the patients with QDBS were significantly lower than in the healthy elders and healthy youngers ( P <0.01).There was no significant change among the healthy elders and healthy youngers on the levels of NPY,ET and CGRP in plasma ( P>0.01).The plasma levels of NPY had no correlation with ET and CGRP in all the three groups (P >0.01).There was significant positive correlation between ET and CGRP in plasma in the healthy elders and healthy youngers (P <0.01).There was significant negative relationship between ET and CGRP in plasma in the QDBS patients ( P <0.01). Conclusion: The increase of NPY,ET and the decrease of CGRP in plasma can serve as one of diagnostic standards for QDBS.It may reflect the degree of QDBS.The change of NPY,ET and CGRP in plasma can be used as the standard on the development of QDBS and the effect of QDBS remedy.
